Hon’ble MR Sir, You may get claps in 5 star hotels but common man is seething with anger. The clappers do not use your railway services. Pray people don’t die due to extreme crowding!

Hon’ble MR and CRB sir, just look at the distress messages in social media and walk to platforms and you will see futility of placing all eggs in basket called Vande Bharat!

#Railwhispers broke officer-vendor-nexus of #RKJha, #RKRai and #AshokKumar in Rail Bhawan Vigilance. We also exposed nexus of Khan MarketGang (#KMG) and All India Delhi Service (#AIDS) led by #Advisor to MR consisting of Establishment Officer #NavinKumar and former ED/PG now DRM/BRC #JitendraKumar. 500 pages have been published on this in 4 volumes.

Then we broke how vendor-officer-nexus has scaled new height-by giving direct evidence in case of #RPBharti and #Ganesh. We also gave indirect input on #RKRai’s industrial activity.

The stoic silence on issues where direct evidence is available exposes weakness of CRB and Railway Minister. Both their Cells have long serving #KMG and #AIDS officers. Hon’ble Railway Minister sir, when you publicly insulted a senior officer in Khajuraho and claimed to have sent Secretary level officer home many times and took pride in imposing 56J, your inability to act on all above named is closely watched.

Hon’ble Sir, Your signature on CVO/RDSO posting, massacre in name of #IRMS, arbitrary administrative actions in PM’s constituency trace their action to most of these officers. It is under your signature that Rail Bhawan’s strength has increased reversing the much acclaimed decision of your predecessor to reduce the bloat of Rail Bhawan.

Why #Ganesh continues to be DRM/Chennai? Why #RPBharti still in executive position? After DRM/Kota this is second incontrovertible documentary evidence of your team’s failure. This also raises questions on #AgreedLists published-why #Ganesh not in it and #RPBharti let off from it?

Questions are also raised on nexus of Railway Board vigilance. We appealed you Hon’ble sir to personally interview #RKRai and #AshokKumar and assess for yourself the serious charges railwaymen have levelled on them. Make profile of these vigilance officers on SAG level and above public. How can these officers still be protected?

#Advisor’s technical and administrative competency has been sufficiently exposed using his book which you released. More material is in pipeline on #IRMS and damage #Advisor’s personal ambition ably backed by his colossal #incompetence, has inflicted on Indian Railways. Mr Sudheer Kumar is your #Advisor-he can only be protected by you-are you ready to bear the cross of his incompetence?

As bard said, discretion is better part of valour, think about it sir, your inaction has already stirred PM’s contituency directly, issue of propriety are raised due to extreme close proximity of DRM/Chennai with your #Advisor. Your office did not apprise you about background of repatriation of officer you happily posted first at Rail Bhawan and after that made him DRM/Kota.

All the extensions which were granted to various CRBs and Member, Adhoc Board have brought nothing but disrepute and broke the morale of Indian Railways. Repeated cancellation of tenders and use of public money for station development and car sheds which will be used by private parties, failure of private train operations and PPP model, exorbitantly expensive and wrong platform selection in Madhepura, overselling of train-sets as snake oil have hit core of railways. Why are railway board officers and minister’s cells directly influencing work of RLDA, IRCON, RITES and other PSUs?

We were happy at investments and promises-we believed for the first time GOI will eliminate waiting lists and on 75th anniversary of independence, passengers will travel with dignity. वैसे खबर है कि #KMSingh बरेका से रिलीज हो गए हैं। हमें धन्यवाद के संदेश मिले हैं, यह कहते हुए कि यदि #Railwhispers ने इस अधिकारी की आपराधिक तत्वों के साथ मिलीभगत नहीं उजागर की होती, तो यह 15 साल वाराणसी में रहने के बावजूद यहीं प्रमोट हो जाते और फिर अगले 15 साल यहीं बिताते। वैसे इन्हें बहुत समझ-बूझकर बनारस से मात्र 100 किमी दूर प्रयागराज भेजा गया है। यह दूरी दस गुनी है उस दूरी से, जिसे अशोक नाकरा और शम्सी जैसे महान अधिकारियों ने तय की है। #KMG के हिसाब से तो यह महाद्वीपीय दूरी है! और तो और “मैं वापस आऊंगा” की तर्ज पर यह ऐलान हुआ है कि और उन्नत रूप में यह फिर जल्दी ही बनारस में प्रकट होंगे!

#RKRai-#AshokKumar-#NavinKumar जैसे धुरंधरों के समर्थन के चलते यह #GMNCR पर निश्चित रूप से भारी पड़ेंगे, जो कि वैसे भी इंकम्पीटेंट (अक्षम) हैं। मंत्री महोदय, इनका इतिहास देखें तो आपको यह पता चलेगा कि मलाईदार पोस्ट के लिए इनकी लॉबिंग पहले से ही शुरू हो चुकी है।

Jokes aside, if #MR_Cell cannot take care of PM’s constituency, pours money in rolling stock contracts without being sure of requirements and suitability of platforms, what hope are we left with?
