Whether it is official report of Central Vigilance Commission (#CVC), recent news of cases registered by #CBI and otherwise also, Ministry of Railways tops the #corruption-chart. With spending spree, the only focus is “Mota Commission”. The time bound execution and quality of works is not even the last item to be seen by senior officers.
Dear Prime Minister, you are busy for preparation of war against Pakistan but here in the home land also, you are the last hope to save the #IndianRailways and the system, it needs complete overhaul from top to bottom. Officers sitting in Metros for decades together should be shifted out to so-called unpopular locations like Hajipur, Hubballi, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj and Bilaspur.
#DRMs posted in particular #railways should not be made #SDGM and #PHOD in the same railway. This becomes more important in #caste-infested and #corrupt Railway like East Central Railway (#ECR). Caste is above everything for senior officers particularly PHODs.
In #ECR apart from #Cash based corruption—#Caste based corruption is unique phenomenon. It is mainly due to posting of local officers as PHODs who could not rise above caste. It is being heard in corridors of #RailBhawan that an old and self proclaimed expert of operating department with the help of his hand in glove #loaders is leaving no stone unturned for coronation of his caste fellow an ex-DRM of ECR as head of operating department.
He forced bright officers of #traffic department take #VRS. #RailwayBoard earlier denied a local officer to the post of #PHOD solely on the reason that he is local. Why the same instance is being changed? Why special favour to person of particular caste? #CBI trap of senior officer like #CFTM and two young #IRTS officers is not very old news.
