With taking a lot of care of the passengers by the Indian Railways, there’s should be a group of committee including GRP, RPF staff, headed by a senior railway officials atmost all important stations, to judge the situation and can take remedial action on the spot.
Indian Railways is the biggest transporter of traveling passengers in India. Railways is having the required data of the reserved passenger including Name of passenger, addres, mobile nos., from and to stations, class, train and date of journey etc. All methods of refund of Reserved rail tickets should be send to the passenger on his given mobile nos. directly. It will guide the passenger properly and can avoid havoc of passenger at the PRS counters.
