Why should not poorly made #CRS reports where #responsibility was obscured, #guilty and #responsible officers supported and promoted be challenged? It just takes one determined person to do it. Let us not forget how Supreme Court ordered razing of towers in Greater NOIDA at the plea spearheaded by retired officers.
The system is running on belief that no one will speak up. But people did and mighty #SudheerKumar got exposed and had to leave, it is matter of time that cost of #loco advertised by him gets questioned in a court of law. It is matter of time that #conflict of interest of giving lucrative #Tender to own PhD guide and lucrative business orders to college where this PhD was pursued. Why should the degree not be withdrawn and officers who facilitated this be booked for criminal conspiracy?
Why no #WhitePaper on reneging on terms on which #PratapSinghPalace was given to #IndianRailways at #Vadodara, how such premium 55 acre parcel given to outside agency where only #Minister is involved? How can increasing #Management failures and fast deteriorating #Safety not seen with dismantling of #NAIR-National Academy of Indian Railways?
Why these officers not held #accountable for misleading the #government? Who are the officers who wrote on file that #engineers are not required? Should current deaths be pinned on them and criminal conspiracy to defraud the nation and mislead the government be investigated?
What is quid pro quo in having unusually high number of extensions granted to Level-17 in Rail Bhawan despite #IndianRailways having largest bench of #UPSC inductees in Government?
Why no criminal case registered against those who made false vigilance case against #AKLahoti, #Shubhranshu and #VandeBharat team? Mr Lahoti came from stronger background and he saved his career but other’s career was stymied.
#CRB sahab start with Total Quality Management (#TQM) in your vigilance department which reports to you directly. Those who have been rewarded need to be tackled-post retirement benefits should be banned for them-they are using this as their signs of #victory over #system. People who are in vigilance system for more than ten years need to be brought back urgently and given regular departmental assignments.
#CRB sahab, you are fortunate to have a much better board vigilance team-but all is not good in rest of the #railways. While government is pumping lakhs of crores, your vigilance officers are those who themselves have never been part of decision making. This creates lot of grievance.
#CRB sahab, Your team has till now protected officers who have done business on #IREPS, but no action taken except for #CVO/RDSO’s case.
#SupremeCourt ordered #CBI investigation in to conduct of officers who falsely framed scientist #NambiNarayan. Precedence exists. #CRB sahab, please take action on vigilance officers who fabricated the cases and clean up the system.
