In our investigation, we uncovered multiple instances where the perpetuation of protection for #extortionists within Railway #Vigilance and the absence of #rotation policies have served as the #catalyst for a myriad of issues within the railway system, ranging from #Safety concerns to #Corruption scandals.
#Railwhispers specifically pointed out the unwavering #support extended to #notorious figures like #RKJha, the former #PED/Vigilance of #IndianRailway, and #RKRai, who continues to hold a #government position as an #advisor even after retirement.
Additionally, we shed light on the fact that #Ashok Kumar seamlessly transitioned into the role of #CVO of the #Telecom department under #RailMinister. These three individuals were at the helm of a well-oiled #extortion scheme that spanned multiple departments.

Naresh Salecha received special treatment due to his connection with the newly appointed #Minister from Jodhpur.

Mr Salecha’s incompetence was evident in his handling of a case involving an #IRAS officer who was #PFA of #RWF-Bela. Despite strictures for proven #misconduct from Chief Justice of Patna High Court in #CWJC No. 11354/2017, Mr Salecha protected her even after a #fraud in land acquisition in #Railway-Project. She was transferred to Eastern Railway, but still received a salary without joining at Salecha’s behest. Mr Salecha also sanctioned her #CCL while sitting in #RailwayBoard.
This highlights not only Salecha’s professional failure, but also raises questions about governmet’s judgment in granting an extension and later elevation with status as HC Judge. #PushpaRani’s fraudulent behaviour and causing delays in a crucial railway project were reported by her superior, who recommended her dismissal. However, the vigilance trimurti, with support from Mr #Salecha, thwarted justice and derailed the reporting officer’s career.
It is worth noting that Mr. #RKJha was also removed abruptly for questionable #land-dealings in the East Central Railway (#ECR) zone.

Mantri ji, your #nomination in to #RajyaSabha shows you enjoy #confidence of Hon’ble #PM. Why then are you extending support to likes of #Vigilance-Trimurti, likes of #PushpaRani and helped granting extension and elevation to Mr #Salecha etc.?
