The excessive power wielded by union leaders has resulted in a complete #breakdown of #internal-discipline amongst staff.

Initially, the #failure of internal #Vigilance necessitated the intervention of the Central Bureau of Investigation (#CBI). Now, even the National Investigation Agency (#NIA) has been forced to step in. What initially started like petty #Corruption has escalated to such an extent that the NIA felt compelled to alert the #Railway administration.

#Madam-CRB and hon’ble #Minister for Railways, it is imperative that you both now awaken to the #gravity of the situation. This is an #urgent-call to #action that cannot be ignored any longer.

Implement #rotation. Bring back #credibility and #competency. Make every chair work. Disrupt the #professional cadre of #vigilance-inspectors and officers, disrupt the #trimurti of #RKJha-RKRai-AshokKumar.
