The officer creating nuisance not only causing hardship to staff but also demeaning the office which he holds

SrDME/C&W/Pune Vijay Singh Dadas, since August 2018 is creating a nuisance with his activities which is not only causing hardship to staff and other officials but is also demeaning the office which he holds as a Govt servant. His nefarious activities include –

1. Systematically running a racket of transferring people and extorting money from them to bring them back to original place. Placing his stooges as depot incharges who extort gratifications on his behalf. For example Kolhapur depot, GCMC depot etc.

2. The measurement books (MB) of various contracts is also tweaked during monthly billing to bring bills to a certain amount as desired by contractor to get illegal benefit. OBHS, station cleaning activity based contracts are being manipulated at his behest.

3. The recently awarded contracts are having tweaked terms and conditions which suit and favour certain firm. The condition of station cleaning and OBHS in trains will tell the entire story to any keen observer.

4. Even after complaints of severe nature involving criminal offense, harassment of women, fraud etc for which cases are going on in Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai against the officer still he has been allowed to continue on same post without any action.

5. The officer was also absconding from work for more than 40 days in April and May 2021 to evade arrest. This period has been conveniently hid and post facto regularisation has been done by authorities under whose blessings he flourishes. The facts are known to his HQ, DRM and SDGM office also.

6. Serious allegations have been made by supervisors and staff of C&W department on the officers about demanding gratification for inter Railway, inter station transfers. Staff is purposely harrassed by transferring them to other locations and then bringing them back with after meeting the illegal demands. Certain SSEs like Ghogare, Ranganna are kept as pawns for collection and conveying messages.

7. Even after completion of 4 years tenure in August 2022 the officer is continuing on the same post with the blessings of PCME/CRly who has now gone in CBI trap. Recognised union persons who want to bring out the truth are also being targeted by the officer and his stooges.

9. Now it is learnt that only the name of his post is being changed to do eye wash and retain the officer in same portfolio to continue his activities which benefit certain authorities also and this is being openly told by the officer himself with arrogance.

10. There is a complete syndicate and nexus between the officer and vested authorities which are allowing the officer to operate without any fear of integrity and sense of responsibility as a Govt servant. This has been going on since past 18 months and entire division is aware about these facts, however due to fear of higher officials nobody has dared to speak openly.

11. Recently the officer also took credit for shabby and sub standard work of vinyl graphics on 15th August 2022 on train coaches which got torn the very next day bringing national flag and national leaders to disrepute. A blind eye was given by authorities to this episode which has appeared in print media also.

His Boss PCME/Central Railway Ashok Kumar Gupta has trapped by the CBI on Monday, 26th September, 2022 and as per above details he is also running the administration or ‘his business’ on the same pattern, now the overall head and incharge of the Zone, GM/CR Anil Kumar Lahoti who is dedicated work and only work should take self cognizance on these type of corrupt and notorious activities of the divisional officers and his headquarters subordinates.
