RPF Constable Arrested For unnatural SEX With Taxi Driver at Mumbai CSMT

Inspector RPF/CC-1 Ajay Yadav has been ‘line hazir’ and attached to the RPF Reserve line Mulund

MUMBAI : On 11/01/2020 RPF constable Amit Dhankad, RPF/CC-1 did duty from 16.00 PM to 23.00 PM shift and was sitting on a bench of PF-18 at P’Demelo Road side at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).

He told a taxi driver to take me to Grant Road for prostitution. On the refusal of taxi driver he beated him and took him to railway area and had unnatural sex with him and took away his money and keys.

On receiving information police arrived at spot. RPF Constable Amit Dhankad has been arrested in MRA Marg Police Station.

Crime Register No. 12/2020 under sections 377, 394, 387, 341, 324, 504 and 506 (2) IPC case has been registered against him.

The constable has been suspended with immediate effect and Inspector RPF/CC-1 Ajay Yadav has been line hazir and attached to the RPF Reserve line Mulund.

There is no control on behavior of officers of RPF after more power and status of organized service given by the government. That reflects of the total force behavior, said a senior officer of the division.
