Real & sincere IPS should be appointed by removing duplicate IPS from PCSC posts!

When RPF Officers are failed to control and remove the Hawkers, Baggers & Illegal Vendors from Railways at that time how Nation can expect from them such a bigger role in maintaining internal security?

“This is not my personal feelings but entire Indian Railways is seeking their early removal to safe the Railway passengers, their belongings and Railway properties”, a senior railway officer said in off the record discussion on the subject of safety and security of the Railways and its passengers.

He says, “Not only Arun Kumar former DGRPF, and Piyush Goyel the then Minister for Railways but these Chinese IPS (IRPFS) officers are equally responsible for maligning the image of Railways and RPF too. They don’t have any field knowledge except flattering their IPS bosses for good posting and illicit earnings.”

“For their personal gain and to make their pave free from any hurdles they had already subsided or removed the honest people from HQs and placed in distant places or in loop lines. These IRPFS people born and bought up in AC chambers having zero knowledge of ground”, he said.

Now, after Taliban’s coming into the power in Afghanistan, another threat is there infront of the Nation, the Islamic Radicals, Extermists or Supporters of ISIS or Talibans from different states or from bordering countries may try to infiltrate or move to Kashmir to exaggerate their terror movement, whether these so called IGs of RPF have any work plan for it?

In reality these IRPFS Officers are failed to control the petty hawkers may be for their own interests, so when they failed to control Hawkers, Baggers, Illegal Vendors from Railways at that time how nation can expect from them such a bigger role in maintaining internal security?

Here question arises, whether, RPF Officers are that much intelligent or skilled to tackle the situation of prevailing internal security of the state?

So, to ensure better security of the Nation in general and Railway passengers and Railways in particular, these “Duplicate IPS” must be removed instantly from the post of PCSCs and some good and sincere IPS Officers must be inducted in RPF though not in entire Indian Railways but atleast in major and sensitive Zones.

This is a very sensitive matter and serious action, decision and wide discussion is also required on this issue. Here just concluded it within few words.
