  1. Track (135T) failed at Kevadia at 07:25 hrs of 19-01-21.

  2. Repercussion: TRAIN WILL RECEIVED IN LINE NO. 3 ON CALLING ON

On 18th January, 2021

Point (103/104) failed at Kevadia at 11.20 hrs and put right at 11.40 hrs.

  1. Train Passing: AFTER OUTRIGHT
  2. Repercussion: 09448-25″
  3. Reason: point 103/104 RWKR dropped and 5.5 GTD rout cancelled. And point operate from VDU point set in reverse and signal recleared by ASM. Point flashed due to engineering staff working on line.

Block instruments failed at CDD-KDCY at 18:30 hrs.

  1. Train Passing: ON AUTHORITY FROM KDYC & CDD
  2. Repercussion: COMMUNICATION LINK FAILE
  3. Reason: KVDC-CDD communication link failed. Checked by SSE(Sig)/Pratapnagar try to reset but do not put right. Tomorrow morning will be attended with company staff.

Signal (S/46 & CO/46) failed at CDD at 19:20 hrs and put right at 23:25 hrs.

  1. Repercussion: E/CHG/Pratapnagar-15″, 09250, 02928, 09114-20″ EACH.

  2. Reason: ESM attended by 09114 from KDCY to CDD at 23:18 hrs. and found S-46 route locked, so conflicting opposite signal S-46 failed. Route released by ERRB. Signal tested and put right.

On 17th January, 2021

Axel counter failed at CDD-KDCY at 18:20 hrs and put right at 22:25 hrs.

  1. Train Passing: ON AUTHORITY
  2. Repercussion: 09127-10″
  3. Reason: Failed its own. Reset and put right after passing of train no. 02928.

Block instruments failed at DB-CDD at 18:40 hrs and put right at 23:20 hrs

  1. Train Passing: ON AUTHORITY
  2. Repercussion: 09250-8/02928-8.
  3. Reason: Communication link failed between CDD-DB, JE/Sig/DB and SE/Sig/DB jointly attended and communication link put right.
