Though both the panels – one for Board Members and the other for GMs were approved on the same date.

For GMs even so called interviews with the Minister (MR) has also been done but no posting even after 1.5 months and more days are passing.

There being more than 6 vacancies existing.

In Mechanical, no Member Mechanical and out of 5 and few ex cadre posts of AMs are lying vacant.

Even 2 AMs working are looking after 2 posts each.

The posts of Viglance and Secretary Railway Board, are not filled by AM level posts for years now.

Joint Secretary Confidential post normally belonging to Personnel or RBSS is being manned by Electrical officers.

Many Executive Director (ED) posts are being working on looking after basis.

Many Public Sector Units (PSUs) of Railways are not being operated by eligible officers.

Many Institution posts are not being manned by Director General (DGs) level posts.

What else proof is required of good management?

Even Safety Organisation is not having proper incumbents as also Health.
