ECR: A new act of favour??

A veteran crook of #Engineering department of East Central Railway (#ECR) managed in all possible manner and continue to retain the post of #ADRM at Dhanbad Division of East Central Railway, second ADRM posted concurrently had completed his two years tenure and transferred but this casteist and expert of management and manipulation is still running his show, he was posted as SrDEN/Coordination in March 2020 got SAG then and there, and allegedly posted as ADRM only due to strong recommendation of his caste fellow of the then most controversial DRM.

It is learnt from reliable sources that lot of complaints of his extraordinary activities and caste dominated decision making were received at Zonal Railway HQs and Railway Board. The then Member Infra mustered the courage to transfer him out of zonal railway but “Gupta Engineering Store” stalled the only bold step taken by the then Member Infrastructure.

Now as single ADRM without formal extension made him the undisputed kingpin, and the #contractors have no other option rather than oblige him by all means in advance. The present DRM has no interest towards his extraordinary activities. Sources say that he threatened people with his contacts with close relatives of a newly sworn CM of Bihar along with whom he has allegedly invested in real estate and hotel business.

It is told by many railway staff and officers that one prominent hotel in Gandhi Maidan Area of Patna is one of the #benami properties of this person. He has been posted on sensitive posts in one division for almost 6 years but no action is being taken against him. It is very surprising that in March this year GM/ECR got all officers who have stayed more than two years at one place have been transferred but not this manipulator.

Sources say that the reason is not quantum physics but #cash or #caste or combination of both. The role of caste and cash or combination of both is so prevalent and prominent in East Central Railway. People say that now its name should be changed to Caste & Cash Railway (#CCR).

Official say that the Railway vigilance is not interested in containing his activities because it is one of the beneficiaries. His case should be handed over to #CBI and #ED as it involves corruption of several crores.

CRB should not get befooled by Gupta Engineering Store and should accept recommendation of the then Member Infrastructure. It is not worth requesting Minister for Railways has not aware about this planned manipulation of cash and caste and do not have moral courage to take any action, Hon’ble Prime Minister is requested to take stern action in such cases of #overstay at one place by using links of all kind.
