ECR-Window dressing will not provide any solution!
In East Central Railway (#ECR) on 7th march 2025 mass transfer was issued in light of the incident of the Deen Dayal Upadhyay (#DDU) Division, however the action was just an act of window dressing as it can be seen in detail-

For example, in the #Electrical department officer have been posted in the same division without any real rotation. ECR has 5 division, how can they not find any division.
In #Mechanical department office order was changed in 4 daysтАФ11 March orderтАФfor post of SrDME/Co/Danpur, it appears things were not planned properly. Further order for one post of operating also changed (19 March).
No one is looking at real problem, the vested interested of system and those who are helm protecting it. For example, the incident of DDU was not unexpected. Problem was previously noted in #CLI exam in Danapur Division. it has been cancelled in Feb 2025 after written examination has already taken place due to allegations.
It is important to mention that this exam was pending for more than 2 years. #Railwhispers has previously also put up to knowledge of all concerned-

But vested interest of system has not allowed. The situation of #Danapur Division is more problematic, there has been complain in Group тАШDтАЩ to junior clerk promotion (2024). Similar issue may exist in all divisions but no one look into it.
The problem in #Personnel department is quite evident. Welfare inspector has been not transferred since long, even the transfer order which was issued earlier has been not implement. The #SrDPO who cannot complete #CLI exam in 3 years has been given a larger division. it is important to mention that #PCPO/ECR was suspended previously by high court.
Previously an Account officer and a Stores officer of #JAG rank has been trapped by #CBI in last one and half year.
In ECR, #SDGM/ECR has been posted as #PCE while #Vigilance department is working on looking after SDGM. Further vigilance department focus on #rotation tenure but its own #DyCVO is on extension beyond 4 years tenure.
Such deep rooted corrupted behaviour will only create problem and this type of window dressing will not provide any solution.

A branch officer is made #ADRM in the same division, a #DRM is made #SDGM and #PHOD in the same railway.
In Railways #Corruption is promoted by top bosses, crooked fellows below just take advantage of the same.
No branch officer should be made ADRM in the same division and no DRM should be made SDGM or PHOD in the same Railway. It will break the corruption nexus.
#SDGM should be mandatorily from different Railway he should never have worked in that Railway. Vigilance organisation is also responsible for promoting corruption to a greater extent.
DyCVOs and CVIs/VIs should not have tenure more than 2 years in any case there should be no exception.
