But our #RailwayBoard – in the leadership of #AshwiniVaishnaw, Minister for Railways – is determined to destroy the longstanding #friendship by sabotaging the Russian #VandeBharat Project.
No any senior Railway Board or Zonal Railway Officer visited the #Latur factory handover ceremony to #Kinet except an #ADRM.
Russian #designs and #documents are awaiting #approval for several months.
No official of #Railways even agrees to meet them.
The revised #contract has not been signed by Railways till date.
It seems that Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (#RVNL) is also under orders to create obstacles in the #project.
