First these were #LocoPilots, then #IRMS probationers and now #trackmen! #Railwaymen feel their issues should not be politicised.
But for this you need to bring back #professional railwaymen. They would not be typical #yesmen and would not expect post-retirement benefits also which would surprise you.
#Modi ji, You need to act on #Vigilance department which is actively encouraging #Corruption in Railways. Selective reward to Railway vigilance officers and retired Level-17 officers has weakened your staunchest support base-the upright Railwaymen.
They were excited that in 2014 that you will bring #professionalism over #suitcase culture. But choice of Railway #Ministers and #CRBs, selective targeting of officers who called spade a spade, continuing support to vigilance officers who act like #Mafia, post retirement benefits up to 67 years has made these #railwaymen silent and withdrawn.
Onus is on you to draw them out. Surely they can’t be drawn in by your current team at Railways.
