00.23: Train left SUR
02.30: Train passed DHS (Dhavalas)
02.40: Train admitted in KEM up Loop line, unable to control train and Loco and four wagons entered sand hump.

02.45: LPG reported BMBS Type brake from distant signal brakes applied but adequate speed not dropped hence applied emergency brakes by A-9, Opened RS valve by ALP, also applied loco brakes to control train.

Also informed to DySS KEM that train is out of control due to poor brake power.

02.50: ART SUR and DD ART with CRANE ordered.

03.31: SUR ART departure ex SUR (SPOT Distance approximate 99 KMs from SUR).
