An important remark:
“Nowadays the bribe levels up considerably.. I’m sure by the year end it will reach a minimum of 5 to 10 lakh.. A simple action of not to reinstate an officer after suspension till acquitted by court. A simple executive order can control 90% corruption in the government but the government is not a serious concern. This system was followed by MES as per policy”, said a senior veteran officer of railway engineering service.
