Who is responsible for such extravagant transfers?

First set your house – Railway Board – in order, then blame Zonal Railways for integrity!

See the Board’s transfer order no. E(O)III-2022/TR/75, dtd. 17.02.2022.

Serial no. 3: Dr Mukundi Lal Meena, SAG/IRHS/North Western Railway, should be transferred to East Coast Railway and posted as PCMD by temporarily operating the HAG post in SAG, and

Serial no.4: Dr Madan Lal Choudhary, NF-HAG/IRHS/North Western Railway, should be transferred to North Eastern Railway and posted as PCMD by temporarily operating the HAG post in SAG.

Remarkable truth is that, the Both Doctors are retiring in very next month – March 2022 this year..

Both transferred just one and half month before their retirement so that they can claim Transfer Allowance, which will be allmost 2.50 to 3.00 lakh each.

Both will again get Transfer Allowance on their retirement after the next month.

Both will stay in SAG only. Both not given any replacement.

Then what is the purpose of this useless transfer?

Such blatant transfers under nose of Minister for Railways and the CRB. First set your house – Railway Board – in order, then blame Zonal Railways for integrity!

Who is responsible for such extravagant transfers?

No one can understand what is DG/RHS doing and what is rationale of these Transfers?

And not only this is a single case. There are so many cases where some officers are transferred three times in a year, even within 15-17 days after joining.

What is going on in the Railway Board? There is no fear of Railway Minister and Chairman/CEO/Railway Board even his hard administration?
