Station Masters once again submitted a memorandum to solve their problems

Mumbai: All India Station Masters Association (AISMA), Central Railway office bearers and other members met on Monday, 26th October, 2021, with a Zonal program at Central Railway, Head Quarters, CSMT, and submitted a memorandum to Principal Chief Operation Manager (PCOM) Mukul Jain, Dy. COM Manoj Goyal, Dy. CPO (T) N. M. Kamath.

On this occasion Team AISMA discussed various issues faced by station masters in Central Railway like increasing vaccancies, non-payment of stipend arrears, Delay in MACP, centralised accommodation, releasing of NDA, TPRO, rest in intensive roster to stop Privitisation, IRT relieving from Solapur division and on other important issues with PCOM Mr Jain.

On this occasion, PCOM Mukul Jain said that “all the station masters are doing a wonderful job and congratulated the cadre for their services rendered to Indian Railways and assured early redressal of their issues.”

It is very important to mention here that the above problems & grievances of the station masters are pending from long time, but the railway administration isn’t very keen to solve the same.

“We are facing a lot of distress due to shortage of staff and manpower but administration is only assuring and discussing to early redressal of the problems”, said a angry SM.

Later, the copy of memorandum also submitted to the secretary to GM and PCPO.

President/AISMA, Central Railway D. S. Arora thanked to all station masters who have attended the program and the part of delegation, and made it successful.
