Ministers’ intervention is needed to conclude this long pending issue as Nation shall hold him responsible for any disaster for lack of supervision due to inaction and indecisive CRB!

This is to alert you that 9 Zonal Railways including Integral Coach Factory (ICF) a major production unit and Research, Development & Standard Organisation (RDSO) an research hand of Indian Railways are headless for many months.

This may endanger the lives of travelling public besides affecting pace of rly reforms.

The Chairman/CEO/Railway Board has miserably failed to post even one GM after 7 months of his tenure completion out of 12 months.

The question to be asked are –

1. Why the panel due on 1 st Jan was appd in June.

2. Why the GM posting orders were not processed after taking CVC clearance.

3. Why proposal was withdrawn after CVC clearance when enabling clause was there that only those officers’ orders shall be issued whose CVC clearance is there.

4. The revised proposal was sent after dropping 2 officers without seeking your approval.

5. Why CRB is deliberately delaying postings to sustain dual charge arrangement at 9 Zonal Railways including ICF and RDSO? This was also picked up as one of the misdeeds by CBI during railgate scandal.
