Yesterday incidence of fire in #Power-car of #Train no. 20486 near #Ujjain is not simple fire but it is fire fueled by #greed and #corruption of top officials of Railways. #GreavesCotton Ltd, #OEM of this power-car says there is no fault in its generator, reason of fire is being investigated. It is feared someone top from Railway Ministry may term it as probable case of terrorism, sabotage or miscreant activity as it had been done to put curtains on the wrong deed of those #corrupt officials.

LetтАЩs guess the action to be taken in this case of fire!

A committee of supervisors will be constituted, no, it is in media lets constitute a committee of junior scale officers, committee will continue its investigation and will continue thereafter. Initially a VC will be done by #GM wherein #DRM will say something and #PCME, #PCEE and sometimes #PCSO and at some places #PCOM may join the discussion. Blame will be most probably put on some #workshop or #coaching depot. Then after few days may be Mr. #CRB-on-contract will come on screen and will show every everyone, he knows everything thatтАЩs all. Those everyone will be bored like watching тАЬSuryavanshamтАЭ movie featuring the same repeated telecast.

There will be no conclusion everyone befools everyone matter closed wait for next such incidence.

Then Foxes and Hyenas of #RailwayBoard reared and cared by top bosses will come up with the ideas like one as in letter of #MTRS having dated 16.07.2024 to entrust #escorting and #maintenance of power-cars to #OEMs and their authorized agencies later willful mistake of adding authorized agencies is corrected for a sum. Now remain only three players who are called OEMs viz, #Cummins, #Kirloskar & #GreavesCotton. They will maintain and escort their own machines. A win-win situation for OEM trio and CRB-MTRS duo.

The price difference with evidence already published by the #Railwhispers on X on 29.03.2025, an item of тВ╣546.23 through open tender in #CentralRailway is being brought at тВ╣2360 through single tender in South Central Railway at 400% more cost. What economics is this and whose is beneficiary of this?

In other divisions estimates are being framed on the basis of budgetary quote given by these OEMs. On an average escorting cost will go up by 220% and maintenance cost will go up by 430%. Who will bear the cost-the poor public of India and who will enjoy the perks-CRB-MTRS duo and OEM trio?

All the divisions are being forced to go OEMs way. They are being told by #PCMEs either you go OEM way or get out of way.

Respected Minister why escorting of power cars are required when they are being maintained as per schedule? Power cars come in use to keep cool of AC passengers when #OHE failure take place in case of #HOG engines, what will happen to #AC passengers when power cars could not work due to some technical fault then vultures will say technically expert staff will be required to rectify the fault.

It is ok till here but why should general public of India travelling in sleeper and general coaches like cattle will pay for technical fault enroute in a generator maintained by the OEM for AC passengers at a hefty price? Now you got the business model OEM will take money in maintaining the generators and they will charge separately so that their maintained engines remain maintained enroute. This is a big #fraud. It is responsibility of OEM or any agency involved in maintenance business to ensure that their machine is working normal all the time.

IndianRailways is not being run by officer and minister, it is being run by OEMs. In all sectors be it braking system, fire suppression system, AC system etc. OEMs and #RDSO approved #vendors are running the show at exorbitant price and enjoying pound of flesh by feeding leftovers to #vultures, and #foxes of Railway Ministry. They terrorize and threaten the junior officers in the field. They run the system; #Vigilance is on their roll.

Bureaucrat turned Technocrat turned Entrepreneur turned Politician turned Minister speech writer blame and also insult poor public for losses in railway by telling them that they are traveling on subsidy provided by top bosses of Railways. No, a big NO Mr. Minister, it is those poor people on whose hard-earned money your railway official like Board Members, General Managers, PHODs and DRMs and CRB madam, GM Madam, DRM madam and PHOD madam enjoy a lavish life and club evenings, party-picnic on carriages and cruise, countless staff to do their household chores. General public travelling even worse than cattle pay the price of this kind of corruption. They lose their money and life at hand of these corrupt officials.

Mantri ji, regular raids and arrest of your officers are not good sign it only shows your internal system is completely #bankrupt and #corrupt. #CBI action cannot clean things mess spread by your corrupt officers. You shut down your vigilance department it only nurtures the culture of corruption; they are sold at hands of few contractors or OEMs and act just a tool of exploitation of upright officers. Their main work is to bring down morale of honest officers and protect the corrupt ones. ContdтАж
