Northern Railway: What connections are protecting CE/C and the Firm after the fraud?
Wrongful award of #Tender No. 74-W-3-2-464-WA-LKO to M/s VPMS & ASB (JV) by #CAO/C/NR.
The above subject #Tender is being awarded to M/s VPMS & M/s ASB (JV) by the collusion of #Railway officers. The #Agency has manipulated the bid capacity by hiding the awarded and ongoing works wilfully from the submitted #tender documents.
The matter has already been brought in the notice of the officers concerned during tender stage but no action has been taken for #blacklisting or banning of business of the firm rather the #contract is being awarded by #NaveenAgarwal, CE/C/East & #VikasGoel, DyCE/C/LKO. DyCE Vikas Goel is transferred but no action has been taken yet against Naveen Agrawal?
Who is giving protection to firms like M/s #ASBuilders-Delhi who committed #fraud by hiding information like work done hence not fulfulling criteria but awarded #Tender in JV? Whether his #caste connections are protecting him after the #fraud?
Whether #SLT_scam mastermind ex-CAO/#ECR is protecting him in the name of caste? Or his Sadhoo bhai?
Why #enquiry is not done till date? Whether is it not true before issue of Letter of Acceptance (#LOA), all papers of firms should be verified?
Will #GMNR order an #vigilance inquiry into the #scam in this tender? #Railwhispers not only gave advance information about this matter to #CAO/C/NR, and also forwarded him two emails including all the documents related to this fraud, on which he also assured to take concrete action! But nothing happened.
