NFR Tender: Something doesn’t feel correct & hints towards big manipulation

Something doesn’t feel correct, and hints towards big #MANIPULATION being done in #NFR/Construction S&T tenders

The #Tender no. DyCSTE_C_LMG_2023_17_11_R published on 19.11.2023 approx ₹30 crore. The closing date for this tender was 14.12.2023. However, till date this tender is getting #extended and THREE #CORRIGENDUMS have already been issued till date with no apparent reason.

  1. The 1st corrigendum issued on 13.12.2023 (only 1 days prior to bid closing) extending the bid closing date to 26.12.2023 with no other changes.
  2. The 2nd corrigendum issued on 23.12.2023 (3 days prior to bid closing) extending the bid closing date to 08.01.2024 with no other changes.
  3. The 3rd corrigendum issued on 05.01.2024 (3 days prior to bid closing) extending the bid closing date to 16.01.2024 with no other changes.

If NO #Technical / #Commercial changes are made, then why is this tender getting extended multiple times?

Is it that there are no eligible bidders to bid for this tender?

Are no #EMD’s being received by the department for this tender?

Or there are some #Agencies/#Firms having vested interest and are pressurizing the General Manager (Construction) – #NFR or #CSTE (Construction)-NFR to extend this tender?

A lot of many questions are unanswered. The #Tender number ends with ‘R’ meaning it has already been re-tendered.
