Following #SAG/#IRSS officers are in overstay at Mumbai

  1. #SKJha: In Mumbai since long. Went to Hubli as #ADRM and again came back to #Mumbai on administrative ground and also got transfer allownace.
  2. #DKChaudhary: In Mumbai since long. Went to #MRVC for eyewash for 4 years. Retained quarter. Again posted in #CentralRailway.
  3. #GSDudeja: In Mumbai since long. Went to #NFR for eyewash for 3 years. Retained quarter. Again posted in #CentralRailway.
  4. #JogenderYadvendu: In Mumbai since long. Went to #SWR as #ADRM for eyewash for 3 years. Retained quarter. Again posted in #CentralRailway.
  5. #SunilSorte: In Mumbai since long. Went to #ICF for a break. Again posted in #WesternRailway on administrative ground. Will also get transfer allownance.

PUman

  1. #RajeevKad: Posted in RCF. He is a #PUman as major part of his service of 31 years, 28 years spent in production units (#PUs) only, and remaining 3 years at #RailwayBoard and #NorthernRailway. He moved out of Delhi only when posted in #RCF. Choice was simple. Till not posted in PU for compelling reasons, posted at Delhi and on first opportunity, moves to PU for obvious reasons.

Lack of #Rotation in IndianRailways: A example of nepotism, favouritism & Jugaad technology

Case of #PrateekGoswami, #SDGM/#CentralRailway and looking after #CVO/#KRCL is a classic example of nepotism, favourtism and jugaad technology. Barring 2 years as #DRM/Bhavnagar, almost entire service period of 33 years spent in #Mumbai only and still going strong due to protection from #RailwayBoard. For such #favour, he was so indebted to Mr #AtulGupta the then #AMRS (retired on 31st Aug’23) that he came from Mumbai to attend his #farewell function at #RailBhawan, which was organised in the garb of #PCMMs conference. Will Hon’ble Minister for Railways shall look into and take the corrective action?

4 years as #DyCVO in Western Railway, Mumbai and in continuation 5 years as #CVO/#NPC in Mumbai itself on deputation and then again SDGM/CVO in Central Railway, Mumbai. Has he been appointed for #vigilance department only just like #RKRai, #AshokKumar and #DharmendraKumar etc?

Many other officers are still adjusted here and there on #deputation in Mumbai and they will again come back to #WesternRailway or #CentralRailway. Names can be provided. This is not happening only one department, but it’s happening in all departments.

Many requests are pending in #RailwayBoard from officers who are willing to come to Mumbai or want to go to Delhi, Chennai or Kolkata but their requests are not duly considered. Instead of considering these, others are being transferred on administrative ground thus giving/rewarding them Rs. 5 lakh as transfer allowance.

Transfer policy in #IndianRailways is made a total mockery. It does not count posting on #deputation. People find slots in #MRVC, #IRCTC, #RITES, #KRCL or other PSUs or Ministries etc or go to #MCF, #NFR, #SWR etc – simply to retain quarters at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata, and also skip the provisions of #transfer_policy. On the other hand, many needy officers are not getting #Railway accommodation at these metro cities. To Continue..
