What pinch the Govt to give subsidies to Senior Citizens!
If Railway runs in loss, then make it profitable, control corruption, make the system transparent, and adopt public oriented transparent policies!
Railway smoothly running since more than 160 years. And running smoothly with lakhs off rupees FD, and giving free facilities of waiting room, water etc.
After merging of railway budget in general budget, all facilities are withdrawn showing railway loss, and spending lakhs of rupees in so-called beautification, world class railway stations etc, earlier administrators are foolish, and saved money, Railways got property, land, stations built by Raja-Maharaja and Britishers are free of cost.
Only the Government has to maintain the property.

Users of railways are maximum below poverty levels, maximum MP/MLA are karorpati why do they need free travel in higher class at the cost of poor public money?
