The dangerous and unsafe digging at Santacruz (East) Railway colony, Western Railway

The most dangerous and unsafe working, and digging at Santacruz (East) Railway colony, Mumbai Central Division, Western Railway even obstructing safe entry and exit to the inhabitants of these Railway Buildings.

Digging work is going on about 2-3 months back very adjacent to front and back side of Railway Quarters, Santacruz (East). Entry and Exit to the buildings is very unsafe due to adjacent diggings.

Proper measures for keeping safety for entry, exit, walk, parking vehilcles are not adequate installed.

The work seems to very slow and unsafe for the entire buildings and surroundings also.

Accumulation of water in digs are totally unsafe for the inhabitants of the adjacent buildings can cause some uneven happenings also.

All kinds of proper safety measures should be adopted in daily basis by required supervision by the Railway’s Executives.

It should be time bound work and should write date of started of work and completion of the work too.

Designation and Contact numbers of concerned officials of Railways and contractor should be written on the board at the site of the work, so they can be contacted for any breach of safety measures.
