Is Howrah Parcel running by the Syndicate?

Large scale corruption is going on in Railway parcel in the overall Indian Railways including Delhi Division. If railway administration wants to control corruption, then all the railway parcel & goods activities should be privatised as early as possible!

Transfer order issued on 19.07.2021 by the commercial branch of Howrah Division, in this order Serial No. 4, Bishnupada Haldar, GSS/HWH/Goods is working in Howrah parcel from more than last one years on verbal order (local arrangement) of SrDCM/HWH is now transferred on vigilance cases happening during working in Howrah parcel.

His muster roll is maintaining in Howrah Goods but all other goods staff are working in Howrah Parcel including GSS/HWH/Goods Ayodhya Ram who is now working as CS/NJ-2 godown (Eastern Inward), so that there is no one to spare to him.

Priority position of the transfer cases (inta-division) for Howrah as on 30.06.2021

In the last on request transfer order in 2020 by priority list of CCC candidates till priority No. 21, Kabita Shaw were transferred.

After which Haripada Bagani (priority No. 22) was raised up to the 1st priority rank due to clearance of the candidates from the list but instead of his transfer another person who was apparently on the 2nd priority (No. 23) after him was transferred similarly for serial No. 28 was not transferred to Howrah parcel but was overtaken by the serial No. 32 as a priority in the new transfer list, year 2021.

Train no. 02346 Dn Guwahati-Howrah Saraighat Express arriving Howrah on Monday, about  03 Hrs late (28.6.2021) due to excess loading of about 4 Tonnes in SLR. About 3.7 tonnes excess booked parcel have been unloaded at New Jalpaiguri station by the lease booki from SLR.

Measure accident may be happened but God saved all the passengers of this train. Name of lease holder is Indradev Yadav.

On 21st June, in Gitanjali express 100 kg packet was booked in 60 kg that detected by the vigilance and about Rs. 50 thousand charged. That consignment booked by CGC Mr G. Haldar (Posted in goods but working in parcel) and CS Mozaffer Ali both are the pupil of Retired parcel supervisor and the leader of the syndicate.

On 24th June SrDCM/HWH checked himself in train no. 02301 Rajdhani express and found irregularities in weight but managed with parties on the spot by sending his inspector and he was not present on that time.

“All syndicate is running in one roof under DyCVO/T/ER, SrDCM/HWH & PS/PCCM and his similar name batchmate retired as parcel supervisor who is the main leader of this syndicate”, sources said.

Howrah parcel sources say, “All these irregularities are happening in parcel and goods in Howrah Division, Eastern Railway because SrDCM/HWH is working under a SYNDICATE without any rule for his wasted interest?.”

All above information may be something wrong but based on authentic and reliable sources of Howrah parcel.

इसके साथ ही डिप्टी सीवीओ/ट्रैफिक, पीएस/पीसीसीएम और सीनियर डीसीएम/हावड़ा को तुरंत बदलने का प्रयास किया जाए, क्योंकि इन्हीं तीनों के संरक्षण में हावड़ा के पार्सल/गुड्स का सारा कारोबार और करप्शन एक सिंडीकेट के तहत चल रहा है। …क्रमशः
