It takes Two to Tango

Government itself has became the biggest unfair-labour practitioner in the country

On one side the silence of the Railway Administration & the Railway Board with regard to the complaints against the present President/AIRF, inspite of repeated reminders by a registered Trade Union.

On the other side, seen in the photo above, both Chairman/CEO, Railway Board and the person, against whom so many Complaints are raised, making merry in the CRB’s office.

Clearly the government is happy to negotiate with leaders like N. Kanniah, who had resigned from the Railway service years ago.

It is no wonder that on one side the union he represents is keeping mum in serious issues like Privitasation & Corporatisation of Railways, and new Labour Codes.

And another side Railway Administration is very knowingly bypassed all established rules and regulations, and supported him to become a Member of NC-JCM staff side after being selected as President/AIRF.

Negotiating with such most unfair & corrupt labour leaders who resigned as parcel porter or box boy from railway service is detrimental to the intrests of Workmen and by doing so Government has became the biggest unfair-labour practitioner in the country.
