Speed trial & CRS inspection done successfully between Vishwamitri-Dabhoi-Kevadia section on WRly
CRS inspection of new line upto Kevadia and OHE work from Vishwamitri-Dabhoi-Kevadia 90 RKm by Western Railway has been completed.
Speed trial was conducted successfully at 120 kmph i.e 10% higher than maximum permissible sectional speed.
Heartiest congratulations to all team members of Construction and Openline TRD unit for completing OHE work despite severe constraints.
With commissioning of 132/25 kv TSS at Dabhoi, train operation on electric traction on this prestigious section connecting “Statue of Unity” shall be introduced w.e.f today, 17th. January 2021.
Inauguration of train services shall be done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In this regard, wiring of cross-over 103/104 at Dabhoi and line no. 4 at Kevadia is required to be completed on war footing.
