CBI trapped a junior clerk red-handed accepting bribe Rs 17000 at CSMT
CBI/Mumbai conducted raid on Thursday, 27.08.2020 at SrDSC/RPF Office, CSMT near Annex building and apprehended Anand Kumar Singh, Junior Clerk of Thane sub division on complaint of Manohar Bhagwan Jadhav Ex. Head Constable/RPF Post Kalva C/S.
Brief of the case:
Manohar Bhagwan Jadhav Ex. Head Constable/ RPF Post Kalva C/S who was compulsory retired on corruption charges made a complaint to CBI/Mumbai on 16.06.2020 regarding demand of money of Rs.17,000 for his settlement dues against Anand Kumar Singh, Jr. Clerk of Thane sub division.
He was trapped on 27.08.2020 by CBI/Mumbai near the lift of Annex building at CSMT while accepting bribe Rs.17,000 from the complainant.
He is now under custody of CBI/Mumbai.
Case is under investigation and further progress will be followed.
