When corrupt became shameless then there is no point of any system!
Editorial Comment: Nero fiddled—ah, but that is Nero’s prerogative, isn’t it? Why should it stir our souls? Yet, consider this: Our Neros are sustained by our hard-earned taxes. If Nero had chosen to fiddle while Rome basked in prosperity, we would have remained blissfully unaware. But cast your eyes upon our recent exposé on the dire state of #ECR. Should this not send shivers down the spine of the third floor of the Railway Board? Should it not awaken the Chairman, who has seemingly lost the fortitude to confront the wayward general managers and PHODs?

The phrase “Nero fiddled while Rome burned” is now old metaphor, it should be replaced with new phrase “GM & SDGM of #ECR (Ek Corrupt Railway) was singing, dancing and enjoying while ECR was drowning in corruption”.
On one side #CBI is raiding and searching #Construction wing of ECR but on other side planning is being done for fun dance and picnic and interestingly GM, PHODs and SDGM is actively participating and practising as if they are challenging CBI and whole anti-corruption establishment of Government you do whatever you want do you do we don’t care.
Whether #CRB on extended contract or #PEDVigilance have asked any report on CBI cases in ECR, if yes, then letter should be made public. It is pure fault of #Vigilance branch of ECR who failed to detect what is going on in Construction wing, how many preventive checks has been done in construction wing by vigilance branch of ECR what are its findings whether vigilance has done any check in this recent case where top to bottom construction is involved and named in FIR. Vigilance branch is allegedly getting hefty monthly commission from construction wing in turn they are allowed to do whatever they want to do.
GM and SDGM bluffing whole system and making mockery of PM’s resolute of #Corruption-free India.
CRB and PED/Vigilance, Railway Board should be asked how come a known #corrupt, #casteist and #old-crook of ECR was made #CVO of ECR? It is like setting a fox to keep the geese, asking the Cat to guard the milk.
When whole railway at least #GM and #SDGM should have been busy in setting the system right and tightening the corrupt but they are enjoying fun and dance programme with them at the cost of poor passengers who are made to travel like cattle.
How much expense was done on this extravagant event arrangement whether it is official duty or personal leave of officers whether all officers marked on duty or leave, leave must have been obtained in advance through #HRMS, railway should made it public how many vehicles were deployed what was the purpose of deployment how many railway staff have been involved in this fun and entertainment event?
It is shame that false meeting has been organised that too name of works review when GM was available why AGM was chairing the meeting what was the outcome of meeting? #Railmantri ji, just see your senior officers they are bluffing in broad day light you should ask the detail of meetings tour programmes of officers came to Patna how many tickets were booked on duty passes and how many saloons were (mis) used for carrying DRMs and their wives?
CBI should investigate this whole fun and entertainment programme how it is organised how does expenses were met how much railway resources were used in it. When #corrupt became #shameless then there is no point of any system.
