IRPS – Travesty of fairness
We published how #IRPS has gamed the #system with extremely junior officers promoted as #PHODs. In just 22 years an employee travels from OS to a PHOD. Look at this table-
These #junior officers will in all probability remain PHODs for more than ten years! Also look at the dates when they got their SAG, NF-HAG, and HAG – this is scandalous. It appears that officers are being promoted from their Dy.HOD level straight to PHODs.
#CRB as head of HR must take immediate note and stop this #mockery of the system. Already the opaque #IRMS Level 16/17 empanelment has broken the back of Level-15 leadership.
#DyHODs who had dealt assistant scale #IRPS officers now see them sitting as their PHODs while they could only become HODs! However, if #PCPO/BLW’s case has been correctly commented by a DRM, then this steals the show.
