CRS ENQUIRY of Major Accident of Train no. 12506 at Raghunathpur of ECR – An Eyewash or A Timepass!

Everyone must be aware that a major #train-accident of train no. 12506 #NorthEastExpress took place at #Raghunathpur station of #Danapur Division of East Central Railway (#ECR) took place on 11.10.2023 in which five innocent passengers were killed and several passengers were seriously injured. As per some Railway Experts this is one of the worst accidents in recent history of #IndianRailways despite the fact casualties were five. Timely and prompt action of district administration saved many lives. #Railway also suffered loss of hundreds of crores of public money and property earned from passengers.

It has been more than four months but there is no progress in Commissioner of Railway Safety (#CRS) enquiry. It is learnt from reliable sources only some superficial observations which has no relation with cause of #accident have been sent to #RailwayBoard. It is also learnt that the cause of accident which killed five innocent people and caused huge financial loss to railways is yet to be established or published. It is not clear whether the delay in establishing the cause of accident or denial of already established cause of accident is by design or driven by some illegal motive.

In #preliminary-report on day of accident defect in Railway #track was established but the same was pushed under #carpet due to some pressure from Top and weight below the table. It is learnt that #CRS ignored the preliminary enquiry report on flimsy ground and baseless reasons.

#CRS enquiry in this case became a #joke and #fraud. All the culprits have been spared and not a single railway person has been held #responsible for a major accident which supposedly occurred due to defects in Railway track and killed five persons.

  1. Whether it is true that #CRS-enquiry has been managed at the instance of some senior officials of #Engineering and #Safety department of #ECRailway?
  2. Who is #saving whom and why and for what?
  3. Who is being benefitted from delay in publishing the true and factual enquiry report?
  4. Whether the report has been managed on #caste line or on #cash consideration or both?

#Railwhispers is yet to confirm but it is learnt from reliable sources including some outside agencies that on the existing pattern of per kilometer line opening rate in #CRS-authorisations of #NewLines, #Gauge #Conversions, #Electrification, #Rate per #Death case is also #fixed for saving the responsible ones.

It can’t be mere coincidence that none of the CRS enquiry report in accident cases where precious human lives have been lost have made any #senior-officials #accountable and held them #responsible.

Whether #EastCentralRailway Administration insisted on early finalization of #CRS-enquiry?

If the answer of above question is ‘NO’ then it become crystal clear that some #department of East Central Railway is responsible for this major accident and killing five innocent people and that department is Engineering Department of East Central Railway.

The cobweb of this #conspiracy may be understood from the single fact that not a single staff of any department of any railway unit has been held responsible or put under suspension. It is based on the #principle you scratch my back I will do yours.

The deafening silence of East Central Railway top #management in bringing out the truth of this accident out makes it clearer. Considering the nature of accident, #joint-preliminary-enquiry report and delay in #CRS-enquiry report, it becomes quite obvious that engineering department is involved.

There are only three truths of this accident, #First- accident has happened, #Second- five people died, and #Third- there must be some cause of that accident.

Why the cause is not being highlighted is very well understood!

On the basis of inputs received from the #supervisors involved in #restoration works, #Railwhispers contacted some #experts on #track-safety, they have also reiterated that primary and immediate cause of this accident is #defect in railway track hence Engineering Department. Entire team of Engineering department should have been immediately removed and put under suspension till the truthful enquiry is over, but they have been allowed to continue and #tamper with the #evidences.

Criminal case should be registered against all the responsible officials starting from top Chief Engineer Track (#CTE) of East Central Railway, Hajipur, Divisional Track Engineers (#DTE) of Danapur Division and sectional engineers (#SSE) of that area. No one has right to kill innocent people.

It is learnt from reliable sources, Chief Engineer Track of EC Railway is #mastermind and #kingpin of all the #corrupt activities in engineering department of ECR. He is #gang-leader and ideal of all corrupt officials of Engineering department. He provides shelter and advice to corrupt officials implicated in #Vigilance cases. It is also heard that he has #pricelist for saving from all the #misdeeds. He makes money by protecting corrupt individuals and managing postings. An independent high level enquiry committee should be constituted by Ministry of Railways involving agencies like #CBI.

#Mantri ji, you are no more #IAS, you are minister now, you are #government himself, you need not keep yourself in dark. You are #misguided by #KMG that if any railway department is made responsible it will bring bad name to you its not like that accepting the truth however bitter it is always good for system. Dismissing or Denying the #Truth does not change the Truth.

#Safety remains priority either on paper or lip service only in opening speeches of #toothless #helpless top management of Railways in VC meetings.

There is nothing wrong in putting entire Railway machinery and public money earned from toiling poor passengers on stone laying foundations ceremonies but at the same time it is your moral responsibility to ensure #accident-free travel to your fellow #citizens and #voters. Any nation or country is made of its people not of only bridges and buildings. And at the same time, it is your duty to #punish the responsible officials and if you are not able to punish them, what stopped you to remove all the responsible people till the #enquiry is not completed! DCs, DMs and SPs are immediately shifted in case of any untoward accident take place in their jurisdictions. #KMG is like #termite they are #eating the #Railway-system from inside.

your #guarantee is required for #protection of life of your fellow citizens, vested interest groups like #KMG-#Termites of #IndianRailways and individual officers like Chief Engineer Track of East Central Railway who act like #MAFIA and take protection money from small time #corrupt officials are adamant and hell bent upon to #derail and #destroy your #dreams of New India “#Corruption Free #ViksitBharat.”
