Mr Sudhir Kumar successfully leveraged his relationship with Pramath Raj Sinha, founding dean of ISB Hyderabad which had a lucrative executive education contract of Indian Railways. He ensured that Mr Sinha becomes Board Member of National Rail University and given Rs. 65 lakh per month contract to run university.

Mr Sudhir Kumar became adjunct faculty of ISB Hyderabad and enrolled in PhD program under Dr. Rajeshwar Upadhyay. Mr Upadhyay then was given single tender based psychological profiling of GM Panel.

Also Mr Sinha’s other company namely Harappa Foundation was given single tender based work for training Indian Railway officers where as there were several more competent IITs to handle this work easily.
