There was another conflict of interest

Indian School of Business (ISB) has been a stage for intellectual pursuits of Advisor – ISB’s founding dean was taken as consultant to write DPR to create Railway University (NRTU, Vadodara). He then was brought as a member of the board of the University.

This person who is called Pramath Raj Sinha then bagged a consultancy contract of Rs. 60 lakh per month! Almost 7 crores per annum to run university. 9dot9, is the consultancy company and it shows Mr Sinha as founder.

Mr Sudhir Kumar became an adjunct faculty of ISB. Another startup of Mr Sinha called Harappa Foundation was given a single tender for training railway officers for artificial intelligence.

Mr Sudhir Kumar has been beneficiary of business which ISB bagged. It is rumoured that ISB is front runner for getting lucrative executive education contract for SAG officers of Indian Railways. Sudhir-Sinha-Rajeshwar all join to ISB.

Placement of a CVO return from private employment after 3 years

Also CVO of RDSO a choice of Mr Sudhir Kumar was absconding from Railway for 3 years and was in private employment. While processing his case Mr Naveen Kumar (part of Railway Board Khan Market Gang) suppressed this gap from his service card as he would have been ineligible otherwise.

This CVO worked under person who was CEO of Autome… and now runs a very infamous engineering company. In RDSO cases these companies are under vigilance scrutiny. This CEO and Mr Sudhir Kumar are classmates of Pantnagar University.

Return of this CVO back to Railways was facilitated by Mr Sudhir Kumar and Mr V. K. Dutt who was then Additional Member Electrical. Mr Dutt handled the Madhepura project after his retirement when loco failed.
