Role of Sudhir Kumar: If he has been asked by Railway Minister, why he is not signing papers?
The Role of Mr Sudhir Kumar was to advise Hon’ble Minister for Railways on “Net Zero Carbon Emission” for Indian Railways.
But it’s unclear under what authority he could get in to tenders, SLTs, specifications, holding meetings with officers of Production Units (PUs)? Giving instructions to Zonal General Managers, etc?
“His signatures are no where. If he has been asked by hon’ble Railway Minister, why he is not signing papers or have minutes issued of his meetings?” said a senior railway officials.
He said, “there is in our knowledge only one case where his name was recorded. This led to the officer’s transfer within 24 hours from Railway Board”.

विनय श्रीवास्तव की अपनी सल्तनत थी, लेकिन इनका ट्रांसफर तुरंत रेलवे बोर्ड से बाहर इस बात पर हुआ कि इन्होंने एडवाइजर सुधीर कुमार द्वारा टेंडर स्पेसिफिकेशन बदलने की मीटिंग की बात फाइल पर ले आए।
मात्र चौबीस घंटों में विनय श्रीवास्तव को रेलवे बोर्ड से उठाकर सीधे दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे, कोलकाता फेंक दिया गया – जब विनय श्रीवास्तव जैसे महारथी का ये हाल हो सकता है, तो बाकी लोग क्या चीज हैं? क्रमशः
