Contractor Vikram Singh’s 3rd complaint against corrupt NRConstruction officials

New Delhi: Contractor Vikram Singh submitted an other ‘Advance Complaint‘ against corrupt Officers & Employees under Northern Railway, Tilak Bridge DyCE/C Office and taken full responsibility to prove his stand if opportunity provided to him else Corruption money will be distributed between Railway Officers and Employees concerned, he said in a written statement to kanafoosi.com.

He said in his statement, ‘I hope no action will be taken on my complaint as I doubt money from this corruption may be supplied to higher authorities and to some officers under Vigilance department also.’

He say, ‘I undertake that I will not rely on any 3rd Party Test Reports and will rely on Test Checks witnessed by me and under Video Surveillance.’

He said again, ‘I undertake that I will do the extreme effort to stop this corruption’.

Moreover, Earthwork Quantity involves huge scam as quantity executed by earlier contractor is not considered.
