тАв GS/NFIR Dr. M. Raghavaiyah vide NFIR PNM Sub. No.35/2018 had represented to Railway Board/CRB that the Night Duty Allowance (NDA) in 7th CPC is less than the 6th CPC.

тАв Board issued a revised NDA order dated 29.09.2020 with ceiling limit Rs.43,600.

тАв 70% of employees of Sr.Technicians, Supervisors, SMs, CTIS, Controllers, Running Staff getting more than Rs.43,600 did not get adequate Night Duty Allowance for their work.

тАв GS/NFIR had represented to Secretary / CRB on 07.10.20, 20.10.20 & 30.10.20 and discussed on 27.10.2020 quoting Justice N. M. Miabhoy Labour Tribunal Award 1969 which was approved by the Parliament.

тАв How DOPT/Railway Board is violating the agreement? Employees are frustrated.

тАв CRB assured GS/NFIR that the matter will be discussed in Full Board.

тАв All Zonal Affiliates to the NFIR are represented GMs vide their letter address to Railway Board to keep the illogical & unjustified NDA order in abeyance.
