Why ONGC made to pay??

There is a viral post in social media!

ONGC filed case against Ambani.

ONGC claimed that Ambani stole 2 billion dollar worth gas from ONGC fields.

ONGC kept winning in every court, until 2013, until Congress ruled India.

2014, Modi came to power, Patra came on ONGC board, ONGC lost case.

And now ONGC is paying Ambani 2 billion dollars.

GOD only knows for what.

ONGC did not steal anything…

Ambani did not take ONGC to court…

Why is ONGC made to pay Ambani???
