Lockdown should have been imposed much earlier.

It should have been planned much better.

Medical and logistic infrastructure should have been augmented much faster.

The migrant workers should have formed a part of the scheme and sufficient provisions of their advance movement and action needed thorough planning.

The police should have been instructed to show discretion and sympathy while dealing with the poor and hungry at all parts of the country.

Powerful politicians and religious leaders should not have made a mockery of the lock down.

All these would have certainly given better results.
