How present Chairman, Railway Board (CRB) will plead case of Electrical officers to the Minister (MR) to fill up vacancies of Board Members..

Here are some examples-

1. For FC/Railways

Sir ! The times have changed we need to move proposals and clear projects with electric speed, this only Electrical officer can understand and keep pace with. Certainly, not “Indian Railway Aaram Service”.

2. For Member Staff

Sir ! the traction is Electrical, staff is electrical, their training needs are electrical, future is electrical and who can understand and implement it better than Electrical officer, certainly not “Indian Railway Purani Service”.

3. For Member Rolling Stock

Sir ! Traction is electrical, Power is electrical, Coaches are hauled by electric, who else can do it better than Electrical officers. Certainly, not “Indian Railway Service of Magical Engots”.

4. For Director General/Health

Sir ! If you visit any Gym, all equipments are run on electric. Hospital, OTs, Physiotherapy, from OPD to Pharmacy, from X-Ray to MRI, all are run on electric and by electric, so who else can run our health care better.. only Electrical officer. Certainly, not “Indian Railway Sick-Fit Service”.

5. For Member Engineering

Sir ! Where is any Engineering now. All JCBs are run on Electric, trolley to Cranes all are on electric. Sleepers to rail, rail fractures to ballast all are electrical run, an electrical officer knows what is required and where and can deliver at electric speed. High time we get rid of “Indian Rlailway Service of Egoists”.

6. For Member Traffic

Sir ! Goods to passenger all are attracted to Indian Railway due to its speed and service which is due to electrical traction. So the need of the hour is to have Electrical officer to explain things and do a turnround. The kind of alacrity and agility needed to make true the vision of our beloved PM, only Electrical Officers can deliver. Certainly not the “Indian Railway Tattoo Service”.
