Railway gives heavy non-taxable incentive to higher officials
This Unethical and illegal huge incentive to DRMs, GMs and Board Members should be withdrawn immediately

This policy brazenly extended house retention in metros even for wards doing PG-level courses.
#Policy of unethical and illegal #house-retention for #DRM, #GM, #Members must be immediately withdrawn as it is beyond the competence of the #RailwayBoard to grant such a heavy non-taxable incentive in kind. The incentive is so huge that ethically only a pay commission can grant this.
Choice of either #house-retention or taking up roles of DRM/GM/Members should be given. There is no dearth of officers waiting to take up these roles.
#Government of India must ensure that these less than hundred roles of the leadership triad – DRM-GM-Member – are held at the highest level of ethical standards. Unless the top leadership triad leads by personal conduct, no #reform can meaningfully happen in railways.
