#Modus operandi is same as we have been highlighting. Manipulation of #eligibility-criteria is biggest way to reduce competition. Some of the largest railway #suppliers are known to indulge in this commonly. With compromised #vigilance-trimurti, these companies have direct influence on the posting and choice of officers.
What the internal communications indicate, as reported by the SEC, are commonly known to all railway officers. However, any question by an up right officer will be dealt either through vigilance or by compromised ‘in-pocket’ seniors. This passiveness in honest officers has led to present state of dispair where smart cadres like #IRSS and #IRPS are financially and administratively milking the system dry.
We have broken stories on how IRSS cadre was managed on caste lines by a former General Manager of South Central Railway (#SCR) – a railway which incidentally gets a mention in SEC order in the USA.
