ECR : Money power is Supreme
“In today’s era, everything can be controlled through #money-power”. The way orders get changed after publication in #IndianRailways and especially East Central Railway (#ECR) is perhaps proof of this statement.
More than two months back, in #ECR order of #DyCVO/Engineering was published by the Railway Board, but the officer who was posted as DyCVO/Engg refused to join as DyCVO/Engg post in ECR Vigilance department is considered to be as side line posting. He directly defied #RailwayBoard and #GMECR orders.
He obliged and pressurised the entire #ecosystem of #Railways that resulted in his order being canceled by Railway Board after more than two months and he was retained at the same post of #DyCE/Con-III/Samastipur.
Love for #Construction post in these days when #DRMs are getting arrested shows the #toxic power of model #SOP introduced by the #advisor to Hon’ble MR Shri #AshwiniVaishnaw in his earlier avatar as Chief of #Transformation Directorate.
#Railwhispers had already informed in its X-post on 21.09.2024 about possibility of cancellation of orders-as they actually did get changed finally.
Now, revised order for DyCVO/Engg in ECR has come out and now we can pray to God that this time the order of Railway Board may get implemented before finalisation of any deal.
It is learnt that higher officials of #Engineering department of #EastCentralRailway after being obliged searched some other weak officer to be posted as DyCVO so that their act of #Corruption may continue. There is no sanctity of orders, “you show me the man I will show you the rule” principle is going in Railways.
This management of orders through money and muscle power proved the weakness of whole system. A Deputy (#JAG) level officer is more powerful than railway board and general manager.
