Protest against the proposal of formation of Indian Railway Rolling Stock Company by corporatization of all PUs including ICF
Chennai : As per the decision of Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Joint Action Council (ICF-JAC), all the employees of ICF wore black badges during the Member Rolling Stock (MRS), Railway Board, Rajesh Agrawal visit recently.
They are protesting against the proposal of formation of Indian Railway Rolling Stock Company by the way of corporatization of all PUs including ICF.
ICF-JAC meets MRS
During the official meeting of ICF-JAC with MRS, GM & PCPO, all members attended the meeting with black-badge.
ICF Mazdoor Sangh, affiliated with NFIR, and all the Unions and Associations’ leaders of ICF attended the meeting and participated in the discussions and expressed the Protest in one Voice.
ICF-JAC has comprehensively and frantically represented the burning issue of Corporatization of PUs, highlighting the value of assets, technological upgradation, efficiency, etc.
When MRS asked the JAC to represent the issue to Ministry level, MPs, ICF-JAC urged MRS to register and highlight the protest of ICF employees to Ministry of Railways and in front of Minister for Railways by himself.
