#Railwhispers had exposed red handed victimization of CSTE/C/SER due to collusion between leaders of contractors running the Signalling cartel, PCSTE/SER and CAO/C/SER. #Railwhispers was aware of such threats and informed the Railway Board, MR Cell well in advance.
#Railwhispers had been following the threatening and unjust pressure being created on this CSTE/Con over last one month threatening him to make decisions in favour of particular contractors in Signaling work tenders of Rs. 111 crores and Rs. 88 crores and purchase MSDAC through Works and not through Stores.

South Eastern Railway administration could have easily set things right by legally qualifying the two PSUs and not supporting this cartel.
THE OFFICER WHO COULD HAVE DONE JUSTICE AND HIS DUTY WAS PUNISHED FOR BEING HONEST AND IMMEDIATELY TRANSFERRED.
Discharging the tender for frivolous reasons just to favour a particular contractor is grave injustice to the entire system.
The Minister for Railways, Chairman Railway Board, CVC, PED/Vig/RB, Member Infrastructure, AM/Signal and the General Manager/South Eastern Railway is requested to immediately intervene to stop such injustice and restore the original position of this victimized officer and revive the discharged tenders, said a senior official.
