GM/NCR awarded five railway staff for extraordinary commitment towards duty

Smt. Pooja Singh conferred with “Employee of the Month Award” for the month of August, 2022

Prayagraj Bureau: On 20.09.2022 General Manager, North Central Railway, Pramod Kumar conferred awards to staff for their alertness and contribution towards safety in train operations in the presence of PHODs of North Central Railway.

Five Railway staff were conferred with Safety awards by the GM on the occasion. Awarded employees include Sonu Pal, Pointsman, Khaga/Prayagraj Division, Ramkesh Meena, Trackman/Agra Cantt/Agra Division, Rajnish Kumar, Loco Pilot/Agra Cantt, Agra Division, Sunil Kumar, Assistant Loco Pilot, Agra Cantt/Agra Division and Mrs. Pooja Singh, Lady RPF Constable/RPF Post, Veerangana Laxmibai Station/Jhansi Division.

Smt Pooja Singh has been awarded the Safety Award for the Employee for the month of August, 2022. while on duty at Veerangana Laxmibai station platform no. 2/3 on 22.08.2022, got safe delivery done of a pregnant woman who got down from the general coach of train no. 11842.

Later on, the mother and child were treated by railway doctors.

The General Manager expressed his gratitude to the entire family by sending a letter of thanks to her husband.
