CRS inspection conducted between Kaklur-Kawargaon-Dabpal successfully
CRS inspection conducted for the newly laid Double line between Kaklur-Kawargaon-Dabpal stations for a length of 21.07 Kms, involving Sharp curves and 5 Major bridges on Wednesday, 7th September 2022. Speed trial was also conducted at a speed of 75 Kms, smoothly.
“The section is in the remote and inaccessible areas of the dreaded Naxalite infested Bastar & Dantewada districts. We had to deploy sufficient forces from RPF and State Armed Police to pilot us by a tower car as a precaution on the specific inputs from the intelligence wings”.
“With this doubling, the entire stretch from Chhatriput to Jagdalpur and then to Dantewada (177 kms) will be double line electrified territory inspite of very terrible security threats and exceptionally difficult terrain”.
“NI works will start after receipt of Authorisation from the CRS Shortly”.
“I express my sincere thanks and regards to the ECoR HQ’s office headed by our respected General Manager Shri A K Srivastava, the Construction organisation headed by CAO/C Mr Dwivedi and the CRS, SE circle Mr A M Choudhary for all the kind guidance, help, support and hard work in accomplishing this rare feat”.
“Thanks are particularly due to our CE-1 Mr K D Rao and his team if able officers and vendors”.
“I also take this opportunity to heartily thank our colleagues from the Construction and Open-line wings of Team Waltair”. Said the DRM Waltair Division Mr Anup Satpathy.
