AIRF in favour to withdraw the Industrial Relation Bill -Shivgopal Mishra

Federation will take serious decision against this anti workers Code and Bill

New Delhi: All India Railway Men’s Federation (AIRF) in favour to withdraw the Industrial Relation Bill which is recently introduce in Loksabha.

General Secretary All India Railway Men’s Federation Shivgopal Mishra stated that this Bill will destroy all the amenities had been given to the industrial workers.

Com. Mishra further said that the employers will treat the workers as their sleeves and they were not allowing them to form the union and even for recognization of the union. The minimum percentage will be kept as 75% will be unachievable.

In these circumstances the Labour Movement of the Country will destroy. This Bill will here also a put a ban on strike.

The Bill has also brought a concept of “Fixed Term Employement” which will explode the workers.

This Bill will stand only with the Corporate Houses and with the Employers.

The AIRF has demanded to immediately withdraw this despotic Bill which exhausted of relief to the workers.

AIRF is going to hold its 95 th Annual General Conference at Chennai from 4th to 6th December 2019 which will take a stock of situation and not will sit silence and will take serious decision against this anti workers Code and Bill which is going to pass in Parliament.
