Sr.DFM, Vishakhapatnam Division, East Coast Railway suggested in writing not more than 10 days TA. Whereas Railway Board saying 15 days to obtain signature of branch officers (BOs).

FA&CAO/ECOR, East Central Railway, Bhubaneswar may look after on such own decisions from Vishakhapattanam Division.

Transfer policy signed and issued by personnel department of Vishakhapattanam Division not implementing, mainly long standing staff in Divisional office were not rotating to section. Logics and magics has to find out very soon.

“Now the transfer policy is under review”, when asked the official authority of Vishakhapattanam Division said.

APO/Vishakhapattanam Division were not posting to Sambalpur Division reasons were not known. Transferring from Vishakhapattanam Division to Khurda Road Division and coming back to Vishakhapattanam Division to the same seat was really surprised issue.

East Coast Railway (ECOR) having three divisions –

1. Khurda Road Division (KUR).
2. Vishakhapatnam Division (VSKP)
3. Sambhalpur Division (SBP).

CCTV footage has to been collected from some divisional offices including DRM/Vishakhapattanam office and time to warn officers not to allow the staff related to safety/technical in offices and how the unauthorised utilisation of manpower by managing attendance in section.

The duties of trackmen include laying, repairing, maintaining, cleaning tracks, checking on track ballast, upkeep of safety equipment, ensuring tracks are not blocked, checking for cracks, and looking for damages in fishplates.
